Because we incorporate natural elements (such as crystals, pearls, and natural woods) alongside premium acrylic beads, subtle variations in color nuance, luster, and bead texture may naturally occur. These are not defects, but the authentic hallmarks of handcrafted artistry.

Since our bag sizes vary based on their unique shapes and designs, we specify on almost every product's detail page whether it can accommodate a mobile phone, along with the specific compatible sizes (such as standard, Pro, or Plus/Max models).

Many of our shoulder and crossbody bags are spacious enough to fit plus-sized smartphones (including iPhone Plus/Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy Ultra) alongside daily essentials like cardholders, keys, and lipsticks. However, some of our mini, clutch, or highly intricate novelty bags are designed as micro-accessories and may have limited capacity.

No. We construct our bags using reinforced, high-tensile multi-strand threading and structured internal frameworks engineered for everyday durability. While artisan-made, each bag is designed to reliably maintain its geometric structure and silhouette.

To clean your bag, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid machine washing, submerging in water, or using abrasive chemical cleaners. When not in use, store your bag in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
